1 year anniversary coming up with gf. any Ideas?

Will send flowers to work, got that covered..(just got back from vegas so no vegas trip). Any ideas? what I should do for her or where we should go. Thanks.

Aww you too! me too i have exactly 24 days until its one year with my boyfriend. Well it depends if you would like to keep it not so costly you could take her to a drive in theater...finishing off with a nice beach picnic at night or while the sun is going down. [yes they still have drive in theaters. just google drive in theathers]. Or if you want to go all out and be Mr. fancy pants..lol take her to a very romantic and classy restaurant than take her home and end the evening with a nice bubble bath together...whispering sweet nothings in her ear rose petals on the bed...you know the whole 9..
Reply:Yes, my idea or strong suggestion after being married for 18 years --- is do the dishes and cook her dinner for a Week. Even if you have a dishwasher. If and when you have kids, and you both work remember that taking care of the house too is a full time job along with taking care of the spouse.
Reply:take her back to the first place you guys met and have a nice lil picnic set up. that would be nice and thoughtful and it shows that u remember alot about her like buy the blanket in her fave color, have her fave food, fave song playin. it shows that u really do listen to her when she talks
Reply:take her to a romantic or her favorite restaurant (you pay obviously)... then stoll around the street... just something very intimate with just the two of you! do something that only she could appreciate! something personal.. you get the idea! :)

Reply:I can%26#039;t believe I can answer two different questions with this same response, but I think it%26#039;s a really good idea, so I hope it%26#039;s ok to share it again:





He left a trail of rose petals on the floor of my bedroom leading to the living room. Every few feet there was a different colored rose and a note detailing what each color rose represented and how it related to our relationship. (Yellow for friendship, red for love etc).





At the end of the trail of rose petals was a teddy bear wearing a USMC t-shirt (he was a Marine) and holding a red rose. Needless to say, he got lucky that night.





Another time, (Valentine’s Day) he made an appointment for me at my regular salon to get my nails and hair done (he paid) dropped me off, picked me up and then took me home where I found my dining table covered in rose petals and a huge bouquet of roses. He also took me to dinner and the ballet that night.





I also had a boyfriend who rented a room at a nice hotel, took me out for a seafood (my favorite) dinner overlooking the ocean, and had a limo pick us up and drive us around San Diego for 4 hours.





But one thing that will really get her...put together a photo album of the two of you and it may sound cheesy, but a CD of songs that make you think of her. I%26#039;m 37 and that still gets me!

The first birthday my husband celebrated with me, he bought me a spa package and then we went out to eat at my fav. restaurant that night!
